How much does a website cost for a small business in Batavia, IL?
We offer three transparent packages - Presence, Launch, and Growth - each scoped to where your business is right now, plus custom engagements for work that does not fit a standard package. What is included in a brand identity package?
Brand identity work includes a custom logo suite (primary, secondary, and icon variations), color palette with hex codes, typography system, and a brand standards document you can hand to any printer or vendor. Scope varies by package — the Launch package includes basic brand guidelines, while the Growth package includes comprehensive guidelines and self-service creative templates your team can actually use.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We typically split project payments into milestones — a portion up front, a portion at a mid-project review, and the remainder at launch. We can discuss specific payment structures during our consultation.

Process & Timeline

How long does it take to build a small business website?
Most Launch and Growth projects take 6–10 weeks from signed contract to launch. Brand-only work takes 3–4 weeks. The biggest factor is content readiness on your end — copy, photos, and timely feedback. The fastest projects happen when the client moves as fast as we do.
Do I need a brand identity before building a website?
Not necessarily, but it helps. A website built before a brand is defined often needs a redesign within two years. Our Launch and Growth packages intentionally pair brand and web work together — you get a site that looks like your business, not a template with your name on it. If you already have a strong brand, we can absolutely build from that.
What do I need to have ready before we start a project?
Not much at the start — that's what discovery is for. It helps to have a sense of your goals, a few brands you admire, and any existing assets (logos, photos, copy) ready to share. We'll guide you through everything else in our kickoff process.
Can you redesign my existing website, or do you only build new ones?
Both. We work with businesses that need a brand-new site as well as those that have an existing site that has outgrown them. Redesigns go through the same discovery process — we figure out what is and is not working before we touch anything.
